Private Client Area

Welcome back. Ask us for a time.

This area is for clients already on file with us. Request a private conference with Aaron or a status update with our law clerk, by video link (AVL) or phone. Tell us when you are free and we will email back from the office to confirm a time. Your matter and history are already on file; you do not need to start from scratch.

Before you send your request

  • Have your matter reference handy. If you cannot find it, use the email subject from our last correspondence.
  • Choose Private Conference with Aaron for substantive discussion of your matter.
  • Choose Update with our Law Clerk for status questions, document collection, court diary updates, and quick procedural questions. Joshua handles these efficiently and saves you a solicitor-rate appointment.
  • Both run by video link (AVL), phone, or in chambers. Tell us which you prefer in the form.

Fill in the short form below. When you send it, your email app opens with the details ready to go to our office. We reply to confirm a time, usually the same business day.

This opens your email app with the details filled in, addressed to our office. If your device has no email app set up, call 0421 717 019 or email aaron@aklawyer.com.au with your details and availability.

For private clients only

What this area is for.

Tips for a useful conference

How to get the most from the time.

  1. 01

Write down two or three questions

Even a short list keeps the conference focused. We can always cover more, but the things that matter to you should be said first.

  2. 02

    Have any new documents ready

If you have received fresh correspondence, a Court Attendance Notice, a brief addendum, or a bail variation, email it to aaron@aklawyer.com.au before the appointment.

  3. 03

Be in a quiet, private space

For video and phone appointments, headphones improve audio. Avoid driving. Conversations are privileged, but only if heard by us and you.

  4. 04

If your situation has changed, say so first

Address change, employment change, new charges, new contact from police, AVO breach concerns. We will reorder the conference around it.

  5. 05

Let us know early if you need to move it

If the time we set no longer works, reply to the confirmation or call the office and we will find another slot.
